Super soft and fully adjustable - these eye masks are the best I have ever worn. I just purchased a second set (I sometimes lose them when I travel). They block out all light and stay in place. Completely blocks out light with no gaps. Works very well. Lightweight and soft mask. I feel my sleep has improved a very real 20% using these. I feel like I sleep deeper and for longer periods without waking up. Great if you have an annoying partner who is constantly turning lights on and off after you've already gone to bed, and to shut out ambient street light.
Its a little bulky for side sleepers, but Ive learned how to get comfortable with it. Its worth it, comfortable to wear, padding around the eyes so it does not touch your eyelashes and it molds around the eyes and nose perfectly so no light gets in. I definitely get a much better sleep wearing this.
Purchased this eye mask in August 2023 and have been using it since. I love the fact that I can adjust the strap to have a perfect fit so I don't have a mask that is too tight or too loose. It is of good quality, soft, and not scratchy. I can open my eyes fully in the mask. There is no pressure on my eyeballs. Does it block out light oh yes, it is pitch black under there. I am a shift worker and I have to sleep in the daytime. Once you have these on, there is no need for blackout curtains.
I bought this at the same time as a highly touted one (in the press) thats 6x the price. The very expensive one was totally uncomfortable to this side sleeper. THIS mask was extremely comfortable and very good at blocking all lignt. Ive tried many eye masks the last few years and until this one I could never keep one on my head all night. I have bought several masks over the last months and these are the best I have tried even though they are also possibly the least expensive. They are soft but also easily fitted which is very important to me. I bought these for migraines and not sleep. Others that were far more expensive but not adjustable let light in. These are easily adjusted to the size and shape of my face and fully keep out light, plus they are very soft which is also nice since during headaches some fabrics feel abrasive.

You need to hit the buttons very carefully but once you get the hang of it the sound is perfect and I can sleep when the neighbors dog is barking all night or my partner wants to watch T.V. while I am sleeping.
